Substate Area Job Training Offices (SSAs) have fiscal year budgets,
which can become exhausted, meaning that training cannot be guaaaranteed
to all eligible dislocated workers. However,
if the SSA office or reemployment center where you live does not offer the
needed services or has exhausted funding, you can apply to another office,
even in another county. Applicants
are required to identify and plan the training needed and to identify the
