    • SAFE SHELTER - For women and children needing refuge from an abusive relationship. Food, shelter and clothing are provided by Safehouse. Maximum length of stay is 45 days ($ = sliding scale, but no one turned away)

    • TRI-CITY PROGRAM - satellite office in Lafayette provides for the special needs of residents in East Boulder County. Individual and group counseling for women and children, group for women over age 40, services to women and children migrant workers. Tri City Office, 400 E.     • DOMESTIC ABUSE PREVENTION PROJECT - Crisis counseling is provided for victims of domestic assault in their home immediately following an arrest of the perpetrator.

    • COUNSELING - Group and individual. In house support groups are held 3 times weekly. Individual counseling is provided for each resident by her primary counselor, and Counseling is also provided for children. ($ = sliding fee sale, and no one is turned away)

    • TRANSITIONAL LIVING PROGRAM - apartments are available in Boulder where Safehouse provides services up to 2 years including individual and groups counseling as they work toward self sufficiency. ($ = Section 8 housing requirements) North Haven, , Boulder 303.449.8623

    • ADVOCACY AND REFERRAL - Advocacy and referral to pertinent community agencies. Available by telephone and for each shelter resident or outreach client through a counselor. FREE

    • FAMILY VIOLENCE CURRICULUM - Family Violence Curriculum available for elementary, middle and high school students. Teaching, training and speakers available. We help women build self esteem and develop their inner strengths through individual counseling, support groups, 24 hour crisis intervention, advocacy and domestic violence for agencies, civic groups, schools and churches.

    • SAFESHELTER PROGRAM
      Eligibility: Domestic Violence Victims (women/child) (intake via crisis line or outreach office)
      SERVICES: provides women and their children with immediate protection from imminent danger, individual and group counseling, education about family violence and alternatives, an opportunity to formulate plans and goals, advocacy, referrals to appropriate community resources.
